There are two methods to hide last seen on whatsapp in android. One by manual method and other by using app. These two methods are not like in iPhone. These two methods are tricks to hide last seen on whatsapp and these changes can’t be made permanently as in iPhone.
Method 1:- Manually
Its a very simple trick to hide last seen on whatsapp. Just turnoff mobile data each time before sending any messages and also opening whatsapp. One you turned off mobile data the whatsapp server would not update the last seen time. So before sending any message just turnoff mobile data, Send the message then come out of the whatsapp and then turn on mobile data. Thus you can send the message and also the server would not update last seen time.
Method 2:- App
If you want to hide last seen option permanently, You can use app to make the changes. There are lots of apps to hide last seen on whatsapp but most of the apps are with bugs. We tried many apps and we suggest Not Last Seen app. As this app violates google terms and policies it can’t be found in Google play store.
This app does the same process as we done manual method. So each time after sending a message you have to come out of whatsapp to deliver the message. Thus you can hide last seen on whatsapp in android.
